One of my favorite experiences while living in Nashville was being on assignment to photograph a series of portraits of music legend, Bill Gaither.

Photographing Missions is full of emotional highs and lows. Emotionally, one of my hardest trips was to a remote area in Angola to photograph a couple sites in a network of many feeding stations that provide hyper enriched meals to over 500,000 children daily across Africa.

Growing up in Calcutta, India, I had the privilege of being around one of my Aunty Huldah and Uncle Mark’s closest friends and mission partners, Mother Teresa.

Early one morning I walked out onto the beach in Madras and set up a white cloth backdrop, turning a lifeguard tower into a make shift daylight studio.
